Getting to the ECU

I was told the ECU is on the passengers side kick panel next to the door is this correct and I look at it and no screws so do I just pull like hell to pop it loose? I did it to the bottom door seal and it poped off and back on fine. I just don't want to break something now sense I haven't had the car for a week but I want to get the number off the ecu to order a chip for it.

Look on the passenger side door. Should be a sticker with a code: YDH0, YDH1, etc. etc.

Or just pop the kickpanel cover off and crawl up under there.
