Number of posts required before submitting attachments

Can somebody help me with the following question: How many posts does a new member have to have made before being able to submit an attachment?

Thats strange. I can have a pic in my sig, yet Im not allowed to post attachments.
Im seeing You may notpost attachments below.

I dont think someone wants me posting pics, cause Im over 20 posts.

I don't remember how it is set up but I think you should be able to post pics but not banners. You are grandfathered in 34 Ford I believe, before we set that parameter. The idea is to save on bandwidth.

I dont think we can "attach files" here. Helps on the bandwidth.

But you can have them inserted.

When your typing your letter if you look above theres buttons and one says "IMG"
Click it and put in the address where the picture is located.
(Someone has to host it)
After you put in the address it will put it into your post.

There may be a size limit too. No sure. I always try to keep mine to a minimum. Even a 640 X 480 is hugh.
