I will be organizing a tech crew of about 10 people for this event and need firm commitments ASAP for Friday eve. and Sat AM.

Our job will be to examine each car entered for safety equipment and condition.

We will be doing tech at the Jameson Inn on Friday night. Saturday morning at the track.

I don't think I can help at the Inn on Friday as I'll be getting in fairly late...I will however be glad to help on Saturday morning at the track.

I'll be available to do what I can. I'm good at the easy stuff like tire pressures:) but ready to learn;) My dad will also help. We plan on arriving Friday evening.

Tech Friday eve. at the hotel. 4 -7 PM. I plan to be there by 3 PM
Tech Sat AM at the track.event packet says 7 AM-8:00, but there is a mandetory drivers meeting at 8:00 AM or if you are an instructor, 8 AM. I'd like to have things wrapped up by 8:00 AM. I know there will be some stragglers, we'll handle them as needed ($10 extra right?? LOL)
I'll have tech sheets, a few torque wrenches and my tool box.

I will be glad to help as much as I can Friday or Saturday. We should be getting in around 6:00 PM Friday.
