Does anyone know where to find the tool to remove the Pony on an 03 Cobra (Grill) It's like a star screwdriver with a nub in the middle! I even called Ford and they said they don't sell tools.

You can get them at Autozone. They are a torx bit and I think the size is #10.

A regular Torx won't fit because of the nub in the middle. Are you saying they have the ones with the hole in the middle for the nub?

I looked in a previous newsletter and went to verify the type bit it is called a t-star bit and it's size 25. You can get them at Autozone for about 3 bucks. If you are a member of the club, I'll be glad to e-mail you the newsletter that has the "how to" in it.

Regular Torx will not work on 03 emblems but your advice for Autozone was good they are called Tamper Proof Torx and you have to buy a whole set for $15.00.

Keep going, you can buy them individually at Autozone, I did. Also, Autozone has a "loan a tool" policy. Just borrow the bit and give it back to them. You can change it in their parking lot. All of about 3 minutes! ;)

That's a Great idea I only need to use it once. I'm actually putting on a Mesh Grill with a Snake emblem.
