Dome light not working

The dome light and both map lights, in my 97 cobra are not working. Found the fuse box under the steering column, and no blown fuses. Also checked the fuses under the hood on the drivers side fender wall. Does anybody have any idea's. I bought the cobra used and didn't get a manual.

1997 Mustang Service Manual lists the following possible sources:
Fuse 8 (10A) open.
Fuse 1 (15A) open.
Lamp switch damaged.
Circuitry open/shorted.
Damaged remote keyless entry module.

Diagnostic action is a 15 step pinpoint test with a digital volt/ohmmeter.
