David and I were talking about driving down to CMP from the Raleigh area mid-day Friday. Anyone else interested?
Since I don't know my way around yet (just ask my wife :) ) when/where should we meet?

What route are you taking? I should be leaving from the Seagrove/Ashboro area but we could pick somewhere on the way to meet.

Count me in. I had thought about going down US1 through Rockingham. What do you think?

I have to go down 220 to Rockingham maybe we could rally where 220 and US1 meet?

If I leave home around 1PM headed toward Rogkingham, that will put me there about 2:30 or so. Where's a landmark where we coould meet? Marc, you with us?

Anyone else from Raleigh, Chapel Hill, Greensboro headed to CMP Friday the 12th?

I'll pick up US 1 at 15/501, just north of Sanford. I'll try to take a drive down there to see if there is a convenient place to join you Dave while en route and post a note this weekend. I need the drive- gotta get used to that roll bar! If that doesn't work, I'll catch up with you at 220 and US1.

OK, so I didn't take that drive to find a place to meet north of Sanford. At the rate things are going, I'll be happy if we leave by 2pm. Dave, can you call me when you leave? Otherwise, see you at that hotel!
