Hey Ladies! (and guys, too!) I just took delivery yesterday, Saturday, April 17th, of a very cool, black 2003 Cobra 10th Anniversary Edition Coupe! And I thought my '01 was gorgeous, this one blows it out of the water! I purchased it from Apple Valley Ford here in the Cities, they treated me like royalty, it was a great experience!
I just had to share my news, my feet still haven't touched the ground yet! :bounce:  :woot:  :burnout: :burnout: :fordflag:

Thanks Lisa! I am SO excited! What a cool car, it really has that mean look! :firedevil:lurk: I'll post some pics as soon as I figure out how! :D I've got the snake grille emblem to put on and I will be getting the stainless bumper letters from Scott soon. Need to exchange my '01 letters for the '03!
I am flying high!! Thanks again! And you're right about that ride home! :bounce: :bounce:

the 03 is an awesome car- right out of the box! people ask when am i gonna 'do' something to it. i tell then i am not sure that it really needs anything right now! it will do all that i need for the time being (read: it is still under warranty and i don't want to screw that up yet)  however- winger letters/numbers are on the way!
Thanks Scott!!

you may want to do so when you come up next to a 98 Cobra convertible (or whatever)
with 444 rwhp that can take a stock 03 Cobra.... especially in the curves!!
been there - done that....
That's why I modified Trigger, because as the years go by, the next Cobra is going to be faster,
it will outhandle and out perform you...
heck - even a modified GT, Mach 1, etc. will outhandle and out perform you if done right.....
not that its that important --
well -
maybe to me it is...
but it is nice to get complements from '03 and 04 Cobra owners (especially guys)...
who decide they'd better modify or else be out done by a girl driving a '98...
I'm proud to say that theres no way, no how that I could outhandle, outperform or even stay next to Big Daddy's modified 01 -
that thing is a beast!!! awesome car Greg!

Thanks Winddysvt! It really is a gorgeous car with an awesome interior! I still can hardly believe my good fortune, the 10th anniv. cars are pretty scarce, at least around here. :bounce: :bounce:

enjoy it!!
My Mach is down at Kenny Brown Motorsports -- they are going to do a tech article on putting a few modifications on the '03 Mach - I think its going either in Mustang Weekly or Mustangs and Fast Fords -- I'll find out which one....
the '98 coupe is sold and will be leaving on Saturday --
that means -
i won't have a car to drive!!
Trigger still has the "eek" noise and Tim hasn't had time to fix it for me, plus I won't leave it sitting in a parking lot, so I can't go anywhere with it anyway -
and there is no way I'm going to take Tim's '99 either...
this oughta be interesting.....
anyone have a Lightning for sale?
 :bounce:

Yikes, I'd be lost without wheels! How long is your Mach away visiting? That'll be a cool article! Keep up posted on that!

Ya know, I agree, this car has enough under the hood for me! My '01 did too for that matter. But this car is by far more valuable and is so awesome to drive! And there is that warranty thing too. :bounce: I want to get the build numbers from Scott too as soon as I know what it is. My '01 letters are on their way back to be exchanged for the '03. :bounce:

not sure how long the Mach will be gone for...
and, I just sold the '98 coupe -
but I still have Trigger and Tim's 99 - and the weather has been awesome, so I'm doin' o.k. so far...
Tom gets home at 1:30 and I know he'd let me borrow his car if necessary (all I have to do is offer to clean it ...) ;)
hey girls...
