Hey, whats up, just looking to upgrade my 01 Cobra suspension, been searching around on the posts here and finding that I'm pretty much stuck with either Bilstein's or Koni's for shocks/struts. I'm leaning towards the Bilstein's, only $420 for a set at stangsuspension. What I need now though is what springs I should get, does the Eibach Pro-Kit go well with the Bilstein's? I'm not looking to drop the car any more than 1.5" at the most, these Cobra's sit pretty low as it is. Only other springs that I've found might work as well are the H&R SuperSports. Looking for suggestions and help, all is appreciated, lata

I am real bing on H&R's. They perform awesome.

I would say if you are dropping the car just for looks, get the pro-kit... but the H&R's IMHO are better quality spring and have superior handiling..

I just say no to progressive rate springs when it comes to handling.

definitely not JUST going for looks here, performance and ride quality is more important overall to me, just saying at absolute most I'd only want to drop the car 1.5", so anywhere in between 1" - 1.5" is good for me. Being that the H&R's are all around better in your opinion, do they work with either the Bilstein's or the Koni's? I know certain combo's dont work at all together. Thanks!

In order for you to not drop the car too much, I recommend you get the urethane spring isolators also. They have less "give" than the stock rubber isolator, thus keeping the ride height a little higher.

I think you should be fine with the Bilsteins.. if you would like an expert opinion, give the folks at http://www.maximummotorsports.com/ a call.. 805-544-8748 . They carry both H&R and Bilsteins.

I would suggest Hyperco or H&R springs, as Eibach has had quality control issues over the past few years.

Check with MM and KB, as they both offer good spring/shock packages....:)
