2001 Cobra Coupe, Oxford White with shadow grey interior. Perfect condition, no dings, scratches, etc. All factory paint. I always park 300 yards away from anyone else. 303 rwhp, 301tq. 28K miles.

4 Point custom bolt-in roll cage installed(bananamotorsports.com), or can be taken out and rear interior put back in (rear seat has been packed away in plastic). I'll be glad to remove the bolt-in cage if desired. This includes both passenger and driver 5 point harnesses. Full Maximum Motorsports coilovers on all 4 corners with Bilstein race valved front/Cobra R rears(less than 8 months old). MM Caster/Camber plates. 425lb springs up front, and 650lbs in the rear. Custom subframe connectors(bananamotorsports.com). Mobile 1 every 3K miles since 1K miles. All major bolt on's already done, including O/R exhaust, CAI, and underdrive pullies.

The wife and I have a baby on the way(January), so I need something more along the lines of an M3 or even just a SUV for a temporary fix til the 07 Cobra's hit the shelves. I LOVE the car, but I have to suck it up and "sit tight" for a while. It's a superb drivers-ed car.

With suspension and the other mods (suspension alone is $1900), I'm asking $20,500.

If you need pics, let me know. cmathis@infoave.net

I've thought about that...the problem is, I can barely get a grocery bag between the doors and the front seats. I seriously doubt I can get an infant car seat in and out of that car every morning when I take him for day care. I'm still weighing my options, but it'll looking like the logical thing to do is to let the Cobra go for a while :(

Hate to see you get rid of the car Craig...but totally understand. Get an M3 so we can still see you on the track!!

Well,
I'm back to possibly keeping it again since I just found out that we don't owe that much on it. I just don't want to pay a gazillion dollars in auto insurance for 3 cars. I might just get a used truck and just pay the Cobra off in the spring. Of course I'd yank comp/collision off of it and just pay the liability.

Decisions decisions

I hope you mean drop comp/collision on the truck...your car is worth waaaay to much to do that. Insurance is a good thing, even though paying it every month isn't fun. Just when you get rid of it, you'll end up needing it.

I hope you keep the Cobra...I have a little payback for you jokers that were at the March Cobra club event making my Focus look bad. It has since been retired from track duty. :D
