How many miles on your cobra?

Just wondering how many miles people have accumulated on their snake and how the engine is holding up. I'll start: 2004 & 1,323 miles.

Okay..don't laugh. Purchased 3 weeks ago this coming Sunday. Bought with 150 miles on it. Driven home from dealership parked..driven back to be cleaned and back home..parked in the garage. Grand total miles..255..currently. Still sitting in the garage currently.

Jimmy(Mystic_Cobra)...no comments!!! My girlfriend already told me..I bought a $40,000.00 model! :rotf:

Total Cobra Miles = 109,300 most pleasurable miles. :D

Oh yeah, replaced F1s around 17k...

Purchased with 3 miles on it, built July 2002
Daily driven, open track, car shows, etc...
about 470R WHP 490 TRQ
No major problems, 3rd set of tires
Cheap interior looking worn, seats, scratches on plastics
Front of car is riddled with rock chips and the like from the thin paint job.
Needed to get the vert top and doors adjusted a few times.
Plenty of rattles and other squeaks
Still Fast..... Still Turns Heads

2001 That had 16000 on it when I bought it this spring. SItting with 25000 just flipped on it now. I love driving this car.. The miles are sure to climb up fast in the summer. Parked all winter will help to keep the milage down though. No problems and all is awesome.

My 1999 Cobra was purchased about 6 weeks ago and had 6100 miles on it, it now has just under 6300 miles and is now in the my garage waiting for spring breakup! I'm the 3rd owner, the first owner traded it for a Corvette...can you believe that? The 2nd owner had it for 4 years and put about 2100 miles on it, he sold it because he's a young father and it's not a real practical car in Alaska, but he sure was sad to get rid of it! He never had any problems with it but it is barely broken in. Hopefully she'll stay heathly for many years to come!

I had put 31k on the 01 I traded in. It suffered from pinging (severe) at around 16k miles. I fixed that issue with a new EGR valve. I recently added an oil separator on the PCV line two days before I traded it in. The only warrenty issue I had with it was the driver side window motor stopped working with the window down.

The 04 now has close to 1300 miles on the clock. Other than the occasional shifting attitude the car is fun to drive. First car I ever owned that had more miles on the tires than the odometer (kept the BBS RK plasmas that were on the 01, 10k miles and barely any tread left in the rear but they still hook up good on a clean and dry surface).

My 99 has 117,000 miles on it, 90,000 with the Vortech blower on it. It's my daily driver, drag car, open track car, show car, parade car. Just ran the Autocross at Maryville, TN and the Dragon Run this past weekend.

Also have 96 Explorer Limited with 212,000 miles, a 91 Mustang LX convertible with 211,000 miles on it and a 98 Land Rover with 101,000 miles on it. Yes, we drive a lot and tend to keep cars a long time.

I just bought an '01 True Blue convertible w/ 42,000 miles on it. Plan on storing it winters and putting around 5,000 to 8,000 during the summer. I also have a 66 convertible w/ 120,000 miles and a 94 GT convertible w/ 108,000 miles.
Going to have a hard time deciding which one to drive!:cool:
