Don't know when Ted will check the post again, so....
STB= Strut tower Brace. It looks like this installed STB (http://www.svtcobraclub.com/forums/vbgarage.php?do=getimage&id=40)

Thanks Firme. The KB site is under construction and I couldn't find a pic of the STB installed anywhere.

The STB stiffens up the front end by tying the strut towers together and also tying them back to the fire wall. Without the STB, the strut towers can flex causing the alignment geometry to change during corning. It also stiffens things up and will eliminate the "flexing" and the shake-rattle-n-roll you feel when going over bumbs. Along with the sub-frame connectors, the hanldling and ride quality will be dramatically improved!

The '03/04 cobras come with sub-frames connectors installed from the factory, but they are useless, little flimsy things just bolted on and really don't have any effect.

Getting these two pieces together for the this price is a GREAT deal! From Kenny Brown, these two items would cost close to $300.00. If you're looking at getting these, this is a great opportunity. Other than a K&N filter, these are typically some of the first mods people make.

I'ld direct you to the Kenny Brown website for more information, but it is under construction at the moment. You can PM me if you're intersted.

Thanks for the interest.

You must have had a special Cobra made for you if it already had SF on it..

As far as I know the only Mustang that came with SF are the Mach 1's..

Just for you Info..... :)

They are so flimsy and dinky that you probably have never noticed them, or maybe they are only on the verts, but mine did come with subs.

Yes they are only on verts, and not only on 03's, but the previous models as well..they are tiny, bolt-in, and make no difference. The Coupes do not have SFC at all stock
