Struts??

Ok, I just got my suspension put on. I wanted to go with the coilovers, but they didn't have them in-stock, and I was too inpatient to wait, so I went with the H&R springs instead. So, I was just wondering if there were any struts out there that I could get to replace my stock struts, since the H&R springs lowered the car about a 1.5"? Or, would it make a difference if I just kept my stock struts? All my suspension mods are listed on my sig.

I was hoping one of the 03 owners with H&R's would chime in... but...

I guess i will throw in my .02, take it for what its worth :p

I think the H&R's are about as high a "Safe" spring rate you can go with the stock 03 struts. So for now, you should be ok unless you start noticing a problem with them. This would be something like underdampening. Best way I can describe it is if the ride is harsh, or real abrupt bounciness. If you step up to coil-overs, definitely look into the MM race valve bilstein for any serious coil rate. (summary, wait till you get more suspension stuff)
