My old company did this with our work trucks. We bought a kit from the auto parts store. I believe the brand was Signal Stat but we also buy Grote brand stuff. If you need a part number i can come up with it, probably. Best i remember it wasnt to tough of a job.

I do not know if this holds true for your year or not, but with my '03 I can turn on my fog lights without the headlamps on. You just need to turn on your parking lights then the fogs.

I for one do not like the day time driving lights because then people forget to turn on thier head lights in the rain, no headlights no tail lights, makes it hard to see them when coming up on them.

I believe 99+ Cobra's will turn on the fog lights with only the parking lights. I know my 01 is that way.

I got in the habit of using my lights all the time. Since I had only black cars, driving with the lights on somewhat makes you more visible. It all depends on what color your car is, for instance, brown tones will blend in too well and lights will keep you from blending in. However, if you have a red one, leave the lights off until it gets dark, that way you will not get rear ended as much. One reason I no longer buy red colors even though it is my favorite color for a mustang.

Thanks Guys,
I went the parts store route and ordered a universal DRL kit for $65. Jack, do you know how much trouble they are to install?
I could care less If I had them or not, but they are manditory up north.
