View Full Version : New SCMC'r born on 1/05/05...

Our first child was born on 1/05/05. Clay Bailey Mathis was born at 5:37PM and weighed in at 7lbs 14oz. All is well with Momma and Baby. Both should be home by late Saturday. All I can say is... WOW, what an experience.

Thanks for the congrats guys...it's a very tiring, yet incredibly cool experience. He and momma will be coming home tomorrow.

Thanks man! Got me a quick 30 minute cat nap and installed the baby seat on the new Tahoe (baby wagon). Gotta love new LATCH equipped automobiles. Heading back to the hospital til about midnight and I'll get some sleep and bring them both home about 9'ish in the AM.

I'll get some more pics in the AM. :baby:

Jeff is right, our 5 yr old has already decided our Cobra is actually his and he is just loaning it to me temporarily. :)

Momma and the baby came home Saturday AM and all is well. And yeah, I think he's gonna wanna have first dibs on the Cobra, but he'll have to wait til he's got his own money to own a V-8. I see way to many kids around here with Stangs that have no respect for the power of the car and are just buying time til something bad happens to them. Sad, but I think Jr. is gonna be driving a lawnmower when he gets old enough. :D
