missing info on certificates

Hi all. Just got my certificate yesterday and is it suppose to have the date of production and plant it was made? All mine has is the vin # and the # it was 2750 of 3768.

Call SVT back up and see if they can tell you the information and if they can send you another certificate... ;)

Some one on the SVTOA forum got their cert. for the '04 Cobra with no prodution date or what plant it came from also. Maybe they are trying to save ink.

I just got mine a couple of days ago, and all mine has is the vin#, "limited edition 2004 SVT mustang cobra", and the build #.

I guess I will have to call SVT also. I hope they didn't change they way they do their cert's now.

sssvtcobra, that's exactly what mine has on it too! I got mine the middle of last week! I'm calling SVT Tuesday morning!:)

Infamous~I will call on Tuesday also, we'll have to check with eachother to see if we get different stories. Even if they did change the way they print them out, I'm still having the letter and certificate framed! :thumbsup: I just wish it still had all the other info! :edmond:

I called Monday and they are sending me another one. It is suppose to have all the info the letter says. vin, prod #, date it was made, and final plant.

I didn't get a chance to call them Tuesday, so I'll make sure I call them this a.m.

I called SVT this morning and they said that the certificates that went out in Jan. left off those lines (build date and final assembly plant) ! They are sending me a new one with all the info on it!:)

Im gonna have to do the same, i finally got mine last week too, and it has the same info on it. TL

I finally got a chance to give them a call. And they told me the same thing, that some got sent out with missing info. They said they would send me a new one by the end of this week :thumbsup:

Alot of them were missing born date and finally assembly plant..just call..they will give you then information..and ask that they send you a new one.
