:thumbsup: I thought id say hello i dont own a cobra or a v-8 for that matter im into 2.3 turbo fords so dont rag me to bad im just here to gain some knowledge and maybe make a few friends:)


ive owned a few stangs too


93 calypso green 5.0 hatch

86 gt t-top car

85 v-6 hatch

85 coupe "race car" ex 4 banger

and some other fox bodys

86 t/c t-bird auto car

and my current 87 t/c highly modded car
and my current driver

Just outta curiosity, what kinda horse you pushing with a T/C? I believe that year was 142 stock, so im just a lil curious

stock on 87-88 t/c was 190 hp with 5 speed 165 with auto



i haven't dyno'd it yet but am expecting round 350-375 @ wheels on 20 psi
we will see as soon as i have a chance to save some spare cash:D

You wern't joking! When I originally thought of a modded 87, I was gussin low 200s. VERY impressive my friend :clapping: :clapping: :clapping: :woot::thumbsup:

thanks guys it is a work in progress so it a little ruff on the outside but is one of the most fun cars ive ever owned even when it was stock .

the color has grown on me alot


as far as mods theres a lot

fresh bottom end,new head,fully ported,crane camshaft,bobs log header,rotated and gutted intake ported lower,60mm throttle body,3.25 polished intercooler pipes,large blow thru vam, volvo front mount,largest k+n cone filter i could find on a 3.25 intake tube,super 60 trim t-3 stage 3 exhaust,15 PSI BOOST
full 3 inch exhaust from turbo out to dynomax bullett muffler,
nos pro race n2o kit 60 horse pills,manual boost controller,adjustable fpr
255 forced induction pump ,46lb fuel injectors,upgraded altenator,
removed a/c ranger radiator, high flow w/p ETC... some more stuff i forgot :thumbsup: :thumbsup: about im sure

Have you ever been on the NATO TC club website: www.turbotbird.com/ (http://www.turbotbird.com/) If not you may want to check it out sometime as they have a bunch of TC owners that post there and are really good at helping find parts when you need them. The club is not as active as ours as far as meets and events go, but they are a friendly group.
