I don't drive my Cobra often, and after uncovering it today noticed that on nearly either end where the rear spoiler meets the trunk lid what appeared to be black two sided tape coming out. I have no idea what caused it--the vehicle is still under warranty. Should I worry and contact my dealer? Thoughts? Thank you--

It's really not a big deal but if you feel uncomfortable with it, take it in to the dealer and let them take it out and replace it. Most likely, I would just take it out myself and save the headache of having someone else do it for me.

:twitchy: I always thought they were bolted on, I guess double sided sticky tape is what they are using these days to cut costs :rotf: (only kidding)
I think what you found is probably adhisive backing from weather stripping material. Now I am tempted to unbolt mine to see what is under it. Besides that I am curious to see what it would look like without the spoiler.

Ditto here. The spoiler comes off easily. I just tucked in or cut off the excess, I can't recall, and bolted it back on. It took about 10 minutes. :)
