OC- in need of expert 5.0 mechanic

I have a 93 5.0 that needs an expert mechanic / smog shop. im having problems with the EGR valve specifically. I was told by my last mechanic that my computer also needs to be replaced...? the guy let my car sit in his shop for almost a year with no result :(

Can anyone please recommend an expert mechanic/shop for 5.0's? I have to get my car referee'd to pass smog. Thanks in advance.
