Hey Tony, We are staying at the Marriot Spring Hill Suites. Its about a mile and half from the McDonalds were we are gonna meet and about 5 minutes from the Speedway. Its a very nice hotel. Inside heated pool, We stayed there last September and shared a room with one of my buddys from YMR. It had 2 queen size beds and a kitchen and living room, very spacious. Its around $65-$70 a night. I'll get the phone number and exact dollar amount if you decide that would be the place. The YMR gang stays there. There nice peeps. I believe there were around 20 or so yellows in the parking lot last year. It wouldnt hurt to let'em know we're in town too.:cool: :D :D :D :D :spank2: :angel: :D


BTW, We're bringing 2 friends along with us.They dont own a Stang but they love them. How much is the tickets for the Autofair so they'll know?Thanks in advance.:)

Tony, you can take me off the list, we are pulling the motor the second week of March and it most likely wont be back in the car by the first week of April...if all goes well, it will, but I dont wanna take up a spot for a definite person :thumbsup:

This is just a reminder to everyone that if you cannot 100% attend this event, do not sign up. Do not block a space and then cancel at the last minute. We have other members that want to be able to go that will make other plans if they cannot attend this event. The only excuse for not showing up at McDonald's at 6:30 a.m. in Charlotte on April 8, 2006 on Saturday is that you had an emergency.

We need to fill this event to make sure we, as Cobra owners, have a presence in the Mustang community!

Lastly...this is not a show...it is, but it isn't. You are going there to represent the SCMC and to educate the general public as well as socialize with friends and recruit new members. Trophies are just another piece of wood to hang on the wall. JMHO!

Let's all go have some fun running down Hwy 29 together! :thumbsup:

We have some friends coming down with us, We've never done this before,Bringing someone with us, Where do they buy there tickets? I know they will have to park across the street from the speedway but I didnt know where the main entrance was and how much the tickets were for them to purchase. It will just be 2 adults. There meeting up with us after we enter the speedway. :bounce: :bounce:

Im watching the weather closely and so far it appears the rain is going to be around. But Im looking at the 10 day forecast for Charlotte and hopefully it will change. 40% chance thursday and 60% chance friday.:mad:

Aww hell the weather people can't predict tomorrow's weather what makes you think they can get it correct 10 days out?? I use this site http://www.srh.noaa.gov/ this is where the weather channel gets their warnings and such from! :thumbsup:
