Tool Needed to Remove Grille Emblem

I just received my cobra snake emblem for my grille. I didn't recognize the nut/screw holding the horse emblem on.

What tool do I need to remove the horse?

You can also take a small drill bit, and a steady hand, and just massage that little stud out of it, and just use a regular "star" screwdriver thing on it :D.
