have a nx wet kit for sale includes the following.
10 lb bottle bottle brackets bottle guage bottle heater steel lines purge kit all solenoids pills 25-150 blow down tube full throttle switch.

all you need is to go to autozone and buy some wiring and a fuel shrader valve. everything else is there.

is this just the kit the taps into somewhere on the inlet tube for spray into the t-body? will it work on any cobra? say a 1994?

yes, it is the ford efi kit which is for any year mustang that has efi. it would work fine on your 94.
