I would agree that having a larger oriface on the throttle body should increase the air flow entering the supercharger (well perhaps reduce the restrictions on the air flow). I would like to know if the Ford GT uses a larger throttle body or the same size as the Cobra. Considering that the Eaton is very small in displacement when compared to the KB or Whipple units you probably will not see a considerable amount of gain with a different throttle body. Since the overall oppening has changed for a given movement on the throttle position sensor should you not at least compensate that with a tune?

As for the supercharger whine, a much cheaper way to make it louder than an intake or throttle body is to remove the hood blanket. I did that sometime last year and it made a bid difference on audiable noise from the SC. After reinstalling the hood blanket this spring I almost thought something went wrong since I do not hear it as much.
