Lisa- hope you're able to teach English. I've heard science teachers often teach out of their specialty.
Teachers rule! (I can say that since I'm not taking any classes )

I've been wanting to use those "smiles"...

I should add 'aka school boy' to my signature, although I see I'm not alone

I live in North Carolina now but visit family at least twice a year in the Chicago area. I'd love to participate in an event sometime. Any plans for July? Were any of the Chicago group at the Ford 100th? Waterford Hills (a SVTOA OT event) was my first track event- AWESOME! I've also heard good things about the Gingerman event in the fall.

yeah... me neither

(listen to Dahl)

and yup -
we usually have an event going on here somewhere ----
Victor Ford show -
Gingerman -
Kenny Brown will probably have an event going on ...

keep in touch and let us know what dates your coming up here and we'll let you know!

this area is really hurting for math and science teachers, in fact, Charlotte offers an extra stipend to math/science teachers!( so if ya want to move west just a bit...), as well as exceptional children (which is what I teach), Right now I have 10th and 12th grade english About to add 11th on to it! UGH 3 preps!! but most of these kids are really good, want to go to college, but need that extra help right now.
