Looking forward to CMP again! Can't wait to get her back On Track!

We just purchased a 2004 SVT Focus for our youngest son, and I want to get him On Track. He is 17 years old, and I am wondering if he can run in the beginners group with an instuctor?

PM me your address, I should be able to get a copy of CMP made for you this weekend.

I want to say yes. I will let Tony respond for sure, he handles the insurance.

Tom,

I believe the minimum age is 16 so I would say yes. I'll have to verify that with the insurance company just to be sure.

I didn't realize we already had a thread going for '06!

I'll be at GingerMan for sure, but I don't think Black Betty will be ready in time for CMP

Here's a lap in the rain.

I hope to join you guys at CMP in March. It'll be my first event with the SCMC.

P.S. If the video doesn't work. Install this video codec.

Tom Griff,

I checked with the track and the age limit is 16 so your son is welcome to attend and drive at the event. I would recommend Garry Talbert for his instructor but you can check with John on the instructor schedule.

Also, not 100% confirmed yet, but if you plan to come and watch, their will be a spectator fee. If you are a club member, you have to have your membership card in order for the fee to be waived. The card must be up to date and you may be asked for proof of identity at the gate. We'll know more on that later on in the month. Membership will have its privileges.

Shawn..you can reach me at 803.371.0725.

Thanks,

Tony
