Those weights are right in line with what I got from mine.

I'm not sure which panel you're talking about. The outer panel is held on by metal clips. The "innerdoor panel" on mine was the metal frame of the door which needs to be cut out.

Why in the world would they do it on cold tires? That seems kind of unsafe thing to do. Not only for the tires, but also the motor, brakes and driver.

Hey Brian, can I rent your tire warmers???

I talked to the organizers a while back about the standing start issue. The Chicago Alfa Romeo Owner's Club runs time trials there with basically a lap to warm up, then two timed laps, and a half lap cooldown. The key to running the whole thing is that the timing lights are just as you come out of the last turn instead of the traditional start/finish line.

Basically, the Northwoods folks didn't want to hear about it. They've always done it this way, blah blah blah.

Lew's registration is going in today. Steve, I can email you the forms if you want to get them in before the first of July. Dean emailed them to me and I still have them on my computer.

One deciding factor for me is that I don't plan to get real serious with AI until next year, so it sure won't hurt to miss a race.

Oh man.... I hate decisions...
come on, Tom. What can we say to tip the scales toward Wi? Lew and I are taking our RV, so have to find a place to put it overnight. Come on and bring yours. We can have a biggggg cookout (Keeping Steve away from the grill).

Hey Brian, can I rent your tire warmers???
they doo it to allow more vehicles to doo it.

i did it last year for the first and last time cause the tires were way to cold for the first few turns.

brian, you got more than one set???

Bring pads, rotors and tires. Lastely a huge set of Cajones would not hurt either
