any one useing a water, methanol kit? Snow Performance?
one of those kits that uses windshield washer fluid or water/methanol and comes with an atomizer, controler, a thing that looks like a windshield washer fluid white plastic tank, the Mech at a shop here in Florida claims that it cools to charge down so much that the engine can be tuned with so much timing it can give 80 HP with an eaton, just because of the kit,,
anyone heard about this?? anyone running one??

I experimented with the Snow performance water/methanol injection when my car was stock. It is a really well designed and well put together system. It was however to much for the car when it was stock. I then sold it, but wished I had it when I put the ported eaton on. The octane level of the methanol will extend the level that the fuel system can support. the cooling effect of it allows more timing, and together, it takes alot of load off of the fuel system. I had the sytem from snow that used the signal from the MAF to activate the pump. It would be worth looking at if you are going with the ported eaton. Just make sure it is set up correctly.

some have had success, some havent...in my opinion, it's not worth it...put a small 50 shot of nitrous instead
