OEM clutch vs 550 CSTQ

Now im wondering how long my new stock clutch is going to hold up with this kind of torque?? anyone know?? my original clutch lasted til it hit right at 30,000 miles and I was able to get Ford to warrantee it out because the whole clutch system failed, because they warranteed it out i had to go with a totally stock setup.

but how longs it going to last now with the aproximate 550 CSTQ this things making at the fly wheel?

It really depends on how you drive it and if you are launching it hard. If you are going to the drag strip or running a drag radial I wouldn't expect it to last more then a couple thousand miles.
Go with the DFX 26 spline set-up after that one gets burnt up, you won't regret it.

so long as you're not driving the piss out of the thing, it should hold up for a while. If not, then i'd go with the DFX b/c of your power levels.

I raced a whole NMRA season with the stock set up on our 03 Cobra.. it held up until the last event @Bowling Green KY... car had a ported blower and upper and lower combo..clutch was stinking every time I came back to the pits
