Any high milage issues to watch for?

As the higher milage 03s get closer to my price range its looking like I will be dealing with a car in the 50-60k mile range, anything unexpected wearing out if the car is treated well? I know I can expect a clutch and quadrent change but how are other things holding up like fuel pumps, rear ends, and suspensions? I cant wait to own one none the less. The t-bird just hit 250,000 miles

We have a customer with a 2003 Cobra vert., with 104,000 miles on it. The car has been pulleyed, cold air and cat-back for most of its life. Still runs great. The maintenance history and care for the vehicle will be most important for your purchase. Good luck.
