New member from MAINE
So i am a first time member to the SVT club but i heard it was for the elite so thats what i wanted. So as of tomorrow i am taking ownership of a 97 triple black cobra convertible. IT already has a flowmaster exhaust, where should i start for bolt on horse power? The bank didn't approve me for enough to get the kenne bell kit, so i have to hold off till next summer i think. But where should i start?

Cold Air- JLT makes a nice one, Western Motorsports makes a nice one
gears, get 4.10 gears, they will really wake the car up for a vert, look into getting some sub frame connectors to help with chassis flex. adding pullies will get you some decent hp gains welcome to the forum, by the way  , show some pictures when you get a chance

i looked at the JTL and i noticed that you had to remove the front sway bars? is this a big deal especially with the vert? second how much does the sport bar help with flexing i dont mind the look and if it helps, than even better? does anybody reccomend any specific lowering springs?

Welcome.
I grew up in Maine! Anyway, start with gears. One of the only NA mods you will actually feel on the buttdyno. Then get some subframe connectors.
