98 Steering Wheel

Greetings All,

My 98 convert's (white with tan top/interior) steering wheel leather has seen better days. Anyone know what a new steering wheel costs, or have any ideas on getting it refurbished? The steering wheel is tan. I want to keep my car stock so after market is not in the cards for me.

Thanks in advance......

the ones from Ford can be hard to find, but I think they run somewhere around $300. I need one myself. Ford offers the FR500 steering wheel, but it only comes in black. I tried for a time to find a leather that matched our interior, so I could just get it rewrapped, but could never find a shade close enough to the saddle. Good luck, and if you find anything, let me know

good luck. I searched for about a year for a saddle tan steering wheel. I finally gave up and bought the black FR500, and I actually like how it looks.

There is a tan 94-98 steering wheel on ebay for sale now. It is a NOS and looks like what you are looking for. It is quite expensive but it will be hard to find another. I think I just typed in cobra steering wheel. Anyway, good luck.
