Hello everyone! I am a new member to the club and forum and looking forward to attending some of the events and meeting some other mustang enthusiasts! My current mustang is a 2003 DSG cobra that I bought brand new and only had 20k miles on it. My only other mustang was a 2004 dsg mach 1 that had a D1 procharger that I had a lot of fun with at the local drag strip 1/8 mile. The mach 1 was sold years ago when my 2nd child was born but I still enjoy weekend cruising my cobra and my buddy has a 98gt that had stage 2 cams and exhaust. My cobra was mostly stock besides a borla cat back, bassini mid pipe and a MGW shifter until this year a took it to Schrader performance in gastonia and had the upper pulley swap to a 2.93 billet flow with matching idlers and some cooling mods. The cobra made 460 HP and 470tq. I am having a blast with it now and looking forward to a blower swap in the future. I joined this club to learn about my car more from others that have already experienced, attend as many club events as possible, to make friends with other enthusiasts! Thanks SCMC for having this club so we can bring our passion for our cars to this site and events!
