Joel,

Cool video man. Looks like those R-compound tires really help!!!! Get em' in ESP!!!!(or at least try to stay close to Art!)

I can't wait to get out to an autocross!! However, will I be there with four or eight cylinders????

Come play on Saturday if things work out! Later

Dave

Thanks Dave. The victoracers rock! That run was 2 seconds slower than my fastest run. For once I wasnt 10-12 seconds off FTD(around 4 seconds today)! Which ever car you drive you will have a blast. I am going to overhaul the suspension on the daily driver and autox it later this year just for fun. I dont think I am going to make it Saturday but I should know more tomorrow.

BTW, you autocross guys DO have an advantage. It is a whole different world autocrossing. You guys are very good at what you do, don't sell yourself short. Maybe we can get some members to go to the next one.

Thanks John. The event was run in the parking lot of the RBC center in Raleigh. Its actually pretty safe unless you really push way harder than should be. There is another event this month in Sanford but its booked. A couple people might make it in on standby. The local club that I compete with will setup and run events for other clubs for a price. I dont know what it would cost but could put someone in touch with the right people. Would be a blast if there was enough interest.

If I had enough pull I would. Technically I am a newbie

You might make it on standby, but it can be a gamble.
