Removing Brake Calipers
I am going to have my brake calipers powder-coated. Is there anything special you need to do to remove the calipers? I haven't removed brake calipers before so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Jim

Just remove the lower pin to lift the caliper up (if you were changing your pads), then just break the main bolt at the top of the caliper and it'll come right off. I don't know how to disconnect the lines though. Maybe someone will chime in.
Hope this helps. Craig
