Thanks. I haven't been dragging that long, so I don't really know what a good pass is... Do you drag any? If so, what do you run in the 1/8 or 1/4 and what are your mods?

Thanks

Why I'll be more than happy to show ya that one

Even Jeremiah said he'd show ya too... and see if he could wring another 10th or so outta the Red Rocket

If only I didn't work on Thursday I'd be going to join in on the fun as well

Shannon

The replacement for displacement has "Whipple" cast into it.

Chuck Norris built my Cobra. It runs off the tears of small children and makes 10,000 horsepower. He calls it his "street version."

Now if that ain't the pot callin' the kettle black

Let's see... I seem to remember one silver 01 Cobra sitting up on ramps awaiting it's return to glory

But yes, you're right... I need to change the signature. Thanks for hangin' with us homeboys this weekend... we really enjoyed it

I love to drag. I don't get too much out of it lately as it's had it's share of problems in it's day. I haven't gotten to the track in this car much at all.

My mods are very similar to yours. +.020 bore, 9:1 compression (all forged), lightly cleaned up heads/intake, bbk long tubes, BBk o/r H-pipe, borla side exhaust, 255 lph intank pump, and t-rex inline pump, Vortech supercharger w/aftercooler seeing 6lbs of boost, tremec tko, mccleoud clutch, 42lb injectors, pro-m 95mm maf and an autologic chip. Stock gears.

Have gone 11.98 @117 taking it to 7100 or so in 3rd gear in the quarter on BFG 315/35 drag radials on a very sticky track in decent weather.

Here in NC i've only ran the 1/8 mile and haven't busted out a 7 second pass yet. I've ran a best of 9.014 @ 84mph on street tires in junk weather and a slippery track. But went 8.001 @ 89 mph with a borrowed set of drag radials with a 1.9 60 ft. Just got 2 runs and blew them both. I doubt I could get a 7.60 on drag radials but i'm sure I can on ET streets or slicks. I launched @ 3500 rpms and bogged pretty hard.

When I got my 11 sec ET, i was coming out of the hold @ 4500 slipping the clutch and spinning slightly. But could go full throttle powershift and keep decent traction.
