Battery Re Locate

Getting ready to install a steeda battery relocation
kit on my 01' cobra. I was just wondering if any one
out there had any words of wisdom or lessons learned
from their install.

Let Me Know,

Thanks.

I mounted mine on the driver side. I see most put them on the passenger side though. (I'm more of a dragger than an open tracker) It was pretty much straight forward. Make sure you get a good ground.

Mount on the passenger side for better weight transfer if you like drag racing (putting the weight over your primary drive wheel) and probably also if you like road-racing (help balance out the weight of the driver ??).

Most relocation kits will come with everything you need.

Mine is on the driver side because I'm trying to keep the left side planted as much as possible. The car likes to dig hard with the passenger side tire, so I was trying to help balance it out some.
