CMP Event Shirts

Tees are $15.00 each and can be picked up at the event or you can have one mailed to you for $22.00 which includes shipping and insurance. If you wish to order one then post the quantity and size here. Please just put your name and size if you plan to go to the event. If you want one shipped to you then indicate that next to your name and size and I will get your address from you via e-mail.

It works for me, try it again. You must have adobe acrobat 5.0 in order to get it to work...

Sorry Tom, I haven't gone back to look but I was going to. I just thought this would be easier provided the thread doesn't get hi jacked... Check the update above for corrections.
