Remember my friend who flies F-18s???

Here's some pics she sent me on the trip from Florida to California. The plane she flies is the new F-18E Super Hornet that will be replacing the F-14 Tomcat in duty.

I am taking pilot lessons right now, I would love to fly those jets. Super Hornets are actually out performed in a lot of areas by earlier versions of the Hornet. For a really long time I wanted to be in the airforce. I still want to fly, just not for my country (unless I have to, like in Independence Day...then I would )

they're more cost effective, can handle a bigger payload and are all around a better plane than the F-14s.....

take it from me...I'd done so much research on these things.....it's always good to get info on what a chick does...especially when she's this good looking.

Oh yea, F-14's maybe. But believe me, earlier versions of the F-18's outperform the Super Hornet. I have that mag some where around here that was talking about it, real interesting. It was talking about how a lot of the Hornet pilots werent all that impressed with the capabilities of the new "better" Super Hornet. Still an incredible piece of plane...

Those are some sweet pics That would be so cool to be able to fly a plane like that. Casper do you happen to know what city that is she took a picture of? That's kind of cool with all the big buildings in one area.
