those are gorgeous!

Good for you!

Make sure you show us a picture of them when you get them on !!

However - they will only work for a '99 and up ..

don't fit too well on a '97 ..

are those 17 x 9?

Chrome is nice!
But with this car, we wanted to stick with silver so we don't have to worry about them on the track..

however, with Trigger -

these do nicely !!
thanks I probably won't get them on until April, once I can afford some rubber for them.

They are 18 x 9

Do you know if you Nitto makes an 18" drag radial?

I believe they doo. I run the Nitto 555 Extreme that's not a drag radial. Check out Discount Tire they are a vendor on the SVTOA web site that's where I got mine.

yeah!

Same here !!

I decided not to continue bidding on those tires that I was bidding for -
they were Pirelli's ,

I'd rather save and get some Bridgestone S02's -
the Pole Position this time!

stereo mod complete.

Okay, the system is finished.... here is the trunk, it's fibreglass, so it's not too heavy.

notice the rim like speaker covers

Cool!

Wow!

Lisa - now this is one serious Cobra Chick !!

by the way, I met a girl last night at the viewing - she's into drag racing and they own a Performance / repair shop.

She recently "blew up" her '97 ...

thanks girls! Who needs trunk space! I certainly didn't need the spare, cause the car is too low to get a jack under it anyways. LOL. So If I get a flat, I'm SOL, waiting for a flatbed towtruck!

The system sounds pretty good, doesn't even loose much sound when the top is down , no trunk rattle either, ... I hate that. It just needs a few more finishing touches, (like the other speaker cover) then it's off to get the blower installed.

Well -

I'm afraid to say our last modification didn't last too long ..

however, we didn't plan it this way.

We took Sparks in one day for some small repairs .. Victor Ford Motorsports / Wauconda, IL

While waiting, I ofcourse cruised the lower showrooms where they keep the Saleens and the superperformance Cobra's.

Low and behold - there is this '99 Cobra staring at me - saying "take me home" ...
well, anyway -

I took a good look at it. Popped the hood, sat inside of it -
wow -
under the hood, on the name plaque !
It says the names RMP and Greg Holland - one built our former '99 engine and tdhe other built our '98 engine (half).

There are allot of other things about this car that drew us to it - if it would've been at any other dealership, I wouldn't even have looked. Anyway - they gave us a great deal on the '99 - lost a little on Sparks ofcourse, but in the long run - this car would not have lasted long. It is a definite keeper !!

I love it already !! So does Tim. It's awesome, just like Sparky. Just didn't cost as much as Sparky did originally ....

anyway ..

heres a quick peek:

Actually, Flash will be the track car.

Trigger -
I will use occassionally for "touring" class ...

no more than that.
