Update!!!!!!!!! Found a good used K member for half the price of new. Bought the brace at Tommy Vaughn. Ordered the controls arms from Maximum M/S be here monday and delivered the throw out bearing to shop yesterday. Looks like we bo OK for next week. Looking forward to being with you guys next weekend. We hould have lot of fun

Well once again someone we know has saved my .........., and got me ready for the track this weekend. The new front end works really well with the M/M control arms. It has a nice firm ride up front. The really good news is the car with the exhaust fixed and set up properly makes the car idle a lot better and sounds sweet. It really seems to run better. Thanks again to our cobra/volks repair shop and the fine people who work there.
Now it time to rock and roll this weekend.

Just so I would feel a bit better this weekend, I went to a local shop and had a new custom fit covertable K-Brace made. It fits very well around the Canton pan, so no spacers are needed.
The car is crazy firm with this brace and the door bars installed. No camera at the shop, so no pictures, Im afraid.
