The Ford Motor Company is seeking a 1969-70 Boss 302 or Mach I for an event:

We're holding a two-day forum for Ford Motor Company licensees on August 14 & 15 (Thursday and Friday of Woodward Dream Cruise week).

On Friday afternoon, we'll be taking the licensees to the DDC (the facility formerly known as the Dearborn test track) for a number of ride & drive activities.

One of the activities will allow the licensees to drive and ride new Ford vehicles on the test track in a lead-and-follow drive behind a leader car. We're also looking for someone with a classic Mustang who will be willing to give licensees rides in the lead-and-follow on the test track.

Specifically, we're looking for a 1969 or '70 Mustang Boss 302 or Mach 1. We would prefer a '70 (and we'd even be O.K. with a decent clone/tribute car).

[COLOR=Yellow][COLOR=YellowGreen]Well, the time has come. We will be leaving home in the am. I be following the schedule I posted earlier in this tread. I hope to see some of you at Waterford Hills on Friday. I may have a minor change to my original plans. I was offer a spot to park on Woodward Ave! I should parked right next to Mustang Alley. I have a "99 white Cobra convertible with a tan top and interior. Plates are IL BAD PNY. SCMC sticker on the windshield. Hope to see you all.

Trip was 5 hours 10 minutes

Bill, 3 stops for old I P Alot and it was 5 hours and 10 minutes. Indiana was the worse! Think we will go to Greenfield Villiage in the AM and then be back at the hotel to go the track.

See you guys tomorrow!

Smile Good time

I was at Waterford Hills with the Roush group. 1999 white Cobra conv......trying to keep up with the Roush's with 100 more hp. You guys did a great job.....my wife and myself had a fun time. I would love to come back again. Very tight course.
