Love the idea of a frame.
Not sure about a plate, I have my (as many do) vanity plate... And yeah, BD you gonna take that boat crack lying down (or are you gonna go water skiing.)?

I vote for a nice frame for the back plate. Like many of us, we don't have a fron plate and don't want one which would need holes punched in the bumper.
