Probably because you don't have any miles on your car yet.
Give it a good 2500 miles or more and take it back...I'd wager a ten spot that it picks up a bit after the engine losens up. For instance, my car with 10k miles dyno'd at 380 rwhp bone stock last weekend and at 404 rwhp with a CAI. My buddy's car put down 354 or so at the wheels with only 500 miles on it. When these engines losen up, they also produce more HP. Don't worry about it. BTW, your 350 or so HP is about what Z06's put down stock...so smile and enjoy your car.
