Thanks! Funny you should mention MagnaFlow. My oldest brother put that on his F150, he has an '02 and it sounds awesome. He is in LaCrosse, WI so its not too convenient for him to help me.

So, not to be too much of a tardo, but is MagnaFlow available through most muffler/exhaust shops? Talk about long distance running or horses and I can hold a conversation!

Thanks

thats an interesting question --

I remember a few years back they were offering a free system for Ford truck owners if they dropped their truck off --- but you had to drop it off at their place in California...

are you going to have a shop do it for you?

You may want to contact Magnaflow

http://www.magnaflow.com/01home.htm

I believe they should have a dealer search on the main page......

Yup, that sure helped! Thanks for the website . I think my brain is going mushy, never even thought of checking the web...

I better check into availability, I have a great neighbor/mechanic with a lift in his garage, very reasonable rates and only about a 1/4 mile away.

Thanks for the info, you've been very helpful!!

I've said it before and I'll say it again - there's one thing you gotta love about the south - it was in the mid-70's today

Ok, Ok, you can rub it in! They're threatening "snow showers" for Saturday and Sunday . What more can I say!

I have more than one favorite type of weather, but I have ONE definite least favorite and that is COLD and rain! Everything else I love - spring, fall and summer! Believe it or not, we get quite a bit of that 50 - 75 degrees type weather here

hmmmmm......

that means, were in for colder weaather here also,

maybe not snow....

but definitely some extra horsepower when the thermometer dips below 40 degrees on a cool dry night!!!

the Cobra's love it....

just so,
like you said Cheryl --- it doesn't snow.... that wouldn't be so nice....

but, we try not to think about it too much and this past winter we had below average snow fall here -- so in a way, I sort of miss it.

I'm also looking forward to our first snowfall here at the
Triple T N B Ranch !!

Yeah, its supposed to be in the 40's this weekend, so if it precipitates, it may be mixed with snow! We had a normal winter for a change, lots of snow and cold. I really don't mind it, I'm out in the cold doing chores (before and after work) and its just as cold in the barn, so I guess I get used to it.

I agree with both of you though, my ideal is between 50 - 70 degrees. Do you guys get mosquitos real bad? They're horrendous here

Geez....nine months of winter and then mosquito season.....hmmmm, I must be nuts!

its beautiful here today !!

I hope it doesn't snow for you.....

mosquito's? it depends..... usually there not too bad until late August, then the first frost is right around the corner so their zapped.

It also depends upon where you go. And, if your neighborhood keeps puddles and low levels of water emptied.... we do have a pond about 3 houses down from us -- but we also have geese, birds, hawks, badger, racoon, etc. etc. and they usually help eat the bugs...

I think though that we will get a few zappers for each end of the yard this year -- just in case....

I had forgotten all about mosquitoes....

I was just thinking that it is time to give Buddy and Hank their flea and tick treatment....

Well, I'm happy to report it didn't snow! The temps have been in the low 40's with a dab of sunshine mixed in. And I got my Cobra out today too Took it down the road and back into the barn cuz more snow is predicted this week Hopefully it won't, or shouldn't amount to anything. Waiting for it to warm up before I put Scott's letters on the bumper.

Gave my kids their Spring haircuts (4 peke's), they're looking spiffy!

The mosquitos get so bad around here its almost impossible to be outside when the sun goes down. So much water around here, plus we're out of the city and they don't fog or spray for those pests out here.
