Tony,

The only reason you're a target is because I had to listen to you rant and rave about how you passed me in the Focus last year...I believe you said something like..."SIUNARA" to me. We'll see who says that this year.

E36!!!! Saweeet! I've been looking at 4-door E36's and first or 2nd year 46's for about 2 months now. The E36 is the best bang for the buck IMO. You made a great choice. Can't wait to see it.

Also, if you don't mind, I'd like to take a few slow laps around CMP in the M3. It'll greatly help me finalize my decision. The Cobra will probably be going in the Spring "as is". Kid will be here in 4 weeks, and we're having to buy a Tahoe to have another car to put a car seat in. Of course, the Cobra won't hold one, so I'm thinking of selling the Cobra and Maxima to get a 4 door E-36 for the street/track. Next time around, I won't be tearing the back seat out I don't think. For once in my life, I'm going to have to be "practical" about some things. I'm gonna give the Cobra a few more events, and if I still can't get the bugs worked out with the handling, it's gonna have to go. At least til I see if Ford improves in the corner carving dept. with the next gen. Cobra. LOVE the power, not happy with the handling.

Decisions, decisions........

Craig

Well Don, you have to understand that Focus' are the only cars he can rant and rave about passing. He's never passed a V8 before.

j/k Tony. God, I miss the smack talk.

Craig,

I'll let you take the M3 out in touring laps. Keep in mind though that the suspension won't be stock when I show up so the ride may be a little different than you're expecting. You should still be able to get the feel for the car though. I can tell you that buying the M3 was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I absolutely love driving the car. I actually get out of the car and immediately think about the next time I have to go somewhere because I'll get to drive it again. I just can't stay out of it. I should have bought one a long time ago with all of the money I spent on the ten other cars I've owned. I love the car so much I'm trying to figure out a way to get another one so I can have one for the street and one for the track!! Wait till you drive it.

Tom,

The answer to your age question is 16. They must be 16 and have a valid driver's license. You will still have to sign a waiver specifically for children or minors.

Hope that helps...

Tony

Very cool!!!

Look forward to seeing Jimmy out there on track. If he's anything like his father some people will be checking the rearview quite often.

Thanks a million man!!! I can't wait. From everything I've read, it's the best bang for the buck. Just a great all around car. I really appreciate you letting me do that!
