Getting on a snow covered road (even a dusting) would be a disaster. IF you opt for custom wheels, keep your old factory wheels for the snow tires. If you have an alternate vehicle which is better yet. I have yet to attempt to drive the 04 Cobra in the snow, and I do not plan on it. I have driven my 01 in the snow and there was a definate difference between All season tires to dedicated snow tires. Just an FYI, nothing more, don't risk crashing your pony with summer tires on it in the snow. You will not go anywhere, and if you are on a hill the car will slide out of control even if the wheels are not rotating. Not to mention all that road salt which will corrode your car by spring time. As for the 03/04 Cobras, there is far more torque created at 2000 RPM than a 99/01 makes in peak, so my guess is that you are better off not driving it in the snow.
Hallelujah.

nuff said.
