Do it up David... "Rally the troops" in San Antone, as much as us Houston guys can help out, you guys need to organize and get together as club members. All it takes is someone, or a few people taking a little time to plan things.. and fun follows

It does suck that all the big cities around here are at least 3 hours apart.

Correct, people can start arriving as early as 2:30-2:45 if they would like, but 4 is the start time.

The time was in the first email. Jimmy let me know if you didn't get it or PM me, so I can make sure I have the right info, that way future event emails can make it to you properly
