OK, I've been advertising this events in every place I know in order to help fill out the field. I may have some drivers coming from as far away as St. Louis. I have some questions for you:

1) Where have the out-of-towners been staying on Friday night? If a bunch of participants have been staying in one place and have been happy with a hotel, I'll steer my out-of-town recruits there as well. That will help the newbies find the track in the morning.

2) Off the wall question: Are motorcycles allowed to run in this event? One of the taxi drivers works with a few guys that road race bikes. They might be interested in coming.

Hey - I'm just trying to help fill the field. There's only 2 Cobras/Mustangs registered for this SCMC event. I think that the taxis and Vettes skeered them all off. This deal is only 2 weeks away. It's time for everyone to get off of their a$$es.

Sloooowly sending my money in as well. I've got an 800$ tire bill headed my way, so every little bit of money I have is being put to use. Most likely see me signed up a week or so prior to the event.

If I were an out of towner staying the night...I would stay in Sevierville no questions asked. That way you can have a mini vacation going on if you want. Shopping destinations for the women folks, plenty to see and do, cruising at night if you like that. My $.02

Sorry folks I am a little out of touch. We just moved and I don't have internet access at home or a personal email account for the time being. Internet access at work is being monitored!

Ah what the hell, let em' all in... this will be the last one anyway. Just put them all in a "bike class".

My check's in the mail by the way.
