Tore down the short block yesterday. 2 pistons toasted but fortunately the taxi will live another day. The bad news is that it won't be alive before 8/27 411. You can scratch me from the list

this time around. I'm sure Terry, Kelly, Shawn and Bobo will not disappoint.

Should be back together by labor day. Sux but it's an excuse to pull the motor and put more trick parts in it! Can't wait to chase the white rabbit again.

At the rate things are going, I be at this event with the new motor in the car. It will not be dyno tuned until September, so I'll be a little down on optimal horsepower due to a safe (rich) break in tune. But unless something goes wrong during the install, I'll be there.
