This is way cool! I could spend hours (and I have) on the BB just reading! You're in the Chicago area? I live in the Twin Cities. I absolutely love my car and this club, I'm having so much fun. Right now I'm researching putting an exhaust on my truck, would love for it to sound cool. Also looking for some neat things to personalize my Cobra. Nothing too major, just some things I can do on my own, been checking out the Steeda website for ideas. I have a brother with a '71 Boss and Bullitt so he's helpful too. I'm just having a blast!

I used to be able to spend more time on it (BB)
, but the past few years have been very busy for us, between our daughters marriage, our son about to graduate from high school and go to UTI -- moving to a new location (not far, just more land)
we need a fence!
We need our lift back in the garage, so that we can have the 3 'Stangs in there again.
We are going to build a 3 car in the backyard - and there is a 1 car back there, but we need to put in a driveway first ....

we just had an estimate yesterday from a fence co.
-- white vinyl - picket....

$16,000 ....

looks like were gonna have to do that by ourselves also ---

heads up -- !!
be cautious with Steeda --- do lots of investigating first before you make any major changes... just a heads up warning -- o.k.? I'm not sure how they are now, but we had troubles in the past -- as well as many of our close friends..... I do not have any desire to cut them down -- just a caution just in case....

do lots and lots of research before you modify!!

Will do, thanks for the head ups! I appreciate it. Any thoughts on the alum. letters on the rear bumper? I'm not sure yet, they do look neat but concerned about their staying power/adhesive. I'm not going to mess with the engine at all, I know nothing about that and besides, its go plenty of HP for my needs!

Wow, 16K for a picket fence, ouch! I keep trying the lottery, no go yet!
We put in a chain link when we moved into our house, keep in our four Pekes, but thats not a pretty as a picket. And my husband fenced for my horses. Always something to do, keep you out of trouble!

I have the Scott Winger letters on my '98 --

let me see if I can round up a few pictures ---

I love them and get lots of complements and they are very high quality....

I took Trigger to a show a few years ago and it was a horrible 100 degrees out --- the letters have stood up to the cold, the heat and everything in between!

We had chain link fence at our last house (black)
--- but Tim doesn't want it here - he wants either split rail or white vinyl picket or crossbuck --- we shall see!

I also miss my Pear tree and my willow tree... the trees here are huge, but they aren't as healthy as mine were......

gotta work on that also! We have those funny little lady bugs and box elders everywhere ---- gotta work on that too...

this isn't the best picture -
but with the move and all, Its hard to find anything....

I'll get some more pictures soon, but if you go on Scotts website -- there are lots of good pictures there, a larger percentage of this club has Scott's letters on their Cobra's rear ends....

and were picky!!!!!!

Oh, gorgeous car! Beautiful! Thanks for the tip, I'll definitely get the letters! They look awesome! Are they easy to put on? Hey, any suggestions on keeping the suede inserts on my seats clean? They are clean now and I'd like to keep them that way. I was going to get the Zaino leather cleaner and conditioner for the smooth leather but not sure about the suede. You've been so helpful and kind, thank you!

You are lucky to have DSL available, its not available in our area, Road Runner either. And I'm really not too far out in the sticks! Its dial-up modem for me at home. So I put in a some extra time here at work to cover my online time
