camping - are they against wood fires all together or if i keep it in a metal tub off the ground itll be ok? i call it a red neck fireplace - metal tub from inside of a washer or dryer on top of a rim. collects the ashes and keeps fire contained.

I'm not sure about that but you can ask when you get there. I believe they have grills there to cook on??

There is a $25.00 a day camping fee so there aren't any surprises for anyone who is camping. You'll have to make that check out to the club since the fee will be added on our event invoice.

Here is what the shirts will look like. They will be long sleeve and white. I tried to get the Minis in there but the shirt was basically designed before y'all signed up. We'll try to add them in there at the next event.

The AC Cobras were taken from our Gingerman event!

Will shirts be available to buy at the event? I decided to get a 2nd one.

The car is almost ready. Just tranny fluid, clean K-N, flush coolant, and get some brake lines. I think thats all.
How many people are camping at the track? Anybody roughing it in a tent?

yeah ive camped there before but didnt have a trailer to haul a lot stuff down. that and it was 102%F in the paddock during the day.

fire is for the party after driving

have an lp grill for food

also anyone who hasnt camped there before. not sure if the weather is cold enough to keep them away. but ants was a major pain in the arse

Here's the list!

New Spec 3 clutch, rebuilt rearend, rearend girdle, panhard bar, upper adjustable control arms, lower control arms, Full length s.f. connectors, front strut tower brace, driveshaft safety loop, front ss braided brake lines, new motor mounts, and a 4pt roll bar! Next mod very soon will be to add an intercooler. Oh, and I just ordered my helmet and a roll bar video camera mount. This is going to be great and I can't wait to see you guys at the track!

As of right now I will NOT be coming down for the CMP weekend. My wife has been diagnosed with Shingles and they are on her face near her eyes. This is about the most dangerous place to get them because if they go into your eyes it could cause temporary or even permanent blindness. Right now they are not in her cornea. The shingles are from the same virus that causes Chicken Pox and it effects the nerves. It is very painful and the blister itch like Chicken Pox. In fact if you have not had Chicken Pox you could catch them from someone with shingles, however you can' catch shingles from someone.

Tony, I'm very sorry that I won't be there this weekend to help with registration and tech. I HOPE that the situation has improved enough by the end of the month so I can make drag day.
